Fort Stevenson State Park
Come to watch the sailboats at the Fort Stevenson Regatta.
Captain's meeting at 9:00 am in the Garrison Bay Concessions. Racing starts at 12:00 pm. The course is between eight and ten miles based on the current weather conditions. Spectators can view the race from the park’s bluffs overlooking Lake Sakakawea and from the Guardhouse Lawn.
The event is free of charge and open to the public. An annual or daily vehicle permit is required for park entrance and can be purchased online or at the park.
