Questions about the new system:

Medium
Do I need to create an account?

Yes, all users will need to create a new account to access the reservation system. This will give you the ability to login, save your favorite campsites, and view past and upcoming reservations. You will also be able to modify or cancel reservations through your account.

I previously made a reservation for 2024. Has it transferred over?

Yes. Any reservations previously made have transferred over to the new system.

Will permits and gift cards still be available for purchase online?

Yes, annual/daily park entrance permits, horse permits, out-of-state OHV permits and out-of-state snowmobile permits are available for online purchase here. Additionally, customers will have the option to purchase either physical or electronic gift cards.

Does the new reservation system have an app?

We do not have a mobile app for making reservations at this time, but the new web-based reservation system is mobile-friendly.

Our new app powered by OuterSpatial does include details about each state park, points of interest, trails and events. The app also allows visitors to participate in our 12 Months-12 Hikes Challenge. This is just the beginning of improved functionality that the app can offer our customers. Download the app and watch for more developments in the near future!
