The Dakota Prairie Chapter of the North Country National Scenic Trail needs you! On National Trails Day they want to help spread the word that North Dakota has a National Scenic Trail!
Join many other hikers as we hike the entire North Dakota section of the North Country Trail in one day on June 3. You can choose the length and location of the section which you would like to hike. Contact Rennae Gruchalla at rgruch@aol.com or Gail Rogne at gtrogne@gmail.com for details and to sign up. The earlier you choose your section, the more likely you will get the exact section you would like. You can choose to hike one mile or as many miles as you believe you are able to hike. Or join us here at the Western Terminus at Lake Sakakawea State Park to join our group led by our seasonal Outdoor Educator. More details to follow!
