Get ready for the return of the 2024 Cardio & Coffee Trail Running Series at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park! This one-of-a-kind event will elevate outdoor fitness by adding in the enjoyment and education of the finest specialty roast coffee. We’ve taken a typical morning run and turned it into an energy-driven morning on the most beautiful and legendary trails of Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park.

Join us for some spooky happenings this weekend! Bring your candy, costumes and decorations to take in the campsite decorating contest, trick-or-treating, a movie under the stars and a few other family-friendly activities.

Spend the day at Cross Ranch State Park for this annual event in partnership with the Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation. A full schedule of events is planned, so come to enjoy the beauty of the park, decorate your campsite, hear some amazing music, and light candles in memory of loved ones.

Have you ever wanted to experience stargazing in dark sky country? Meet Interpreter Ash at the Morraine Loop trailhead at 10:30 pm and see constellations and stars of all kinds. 

Join us for a weekend of family-friendly activities.

Join Fort Abraham Lincoln’s troops for “Life of a Frontier Soldier”. During the special program, kids will take the official oath of enlistment in the U.S. frontier military; learn about life living on a frontier army post; the basics of field rifle and marching drill on the parade ground; and their role as part of Fort Abraham Lincoln.

Come out to Fort Ransom State Park and enjoy Kids' Weekend. A bouncy house and kids' activities will be held throughout the day. All ages are sure to have fun!

Celebrating 50 years of Fort Stevenson State Park by bringing together classic events, the Sailboat Regatta, Club de Skinautique Waterski show and Lighted Boat Parade, with some fun additions.
