Here's your chance to have that camp experience as an ADULT! This camp is for anyone 16 years of age and older and will focus on environmental education and recreational skills. Learn how to cook in a Dutch oven, get introduced to birding, find out how to geocache, go canoeing, re-learn compass skills, shoot archery and more!
Registration fees are $40/participant per day. Participants can register for one or both days. Registration opens June 25; closes July 31 unless camp fills prior. Equipment is provided. Participation is limited. Those interested in registering for this camp are recommended to send get on the OLC camp email list by sending a request to aschimetz@nd.gov. Full brochure available here!
This is a day camp. Those interested in traveling from out of the area are welcome to make campsite, cabin or yurt reservations at Lake Metigoshe State Park. To check availability or make reservations, please visit www.parkrec.nd.gov or call 1-800-807-4723. There is a 95-day window reservation for campsites; cabins/yurt can be reserved up to one year in advance.
