Discover fly-fishing and learn how to tie your own flies through this two-day workshop at Lake Metigoshe State Park!

Registration is $125; includes fly tying materials and use of fishing gear (rods, vises, waders, etc.). Workshop takes place on Saturday, June 15 from 9am-4pm and on Sunday, June 16 from 8am-2pm. Participation is limited to 12 and is geared towards beginners at least 14 years of age (age 12, if registering with adult).
Fishing license is not required; this educational workshop is in collaboration with ND Game & Fish Dept. Dress in layers and for the weather forecast; we’ll be spending time both indoors and outdoors. Please bring bug spray and sunscreen in addition to your own full waders, if you have them. Participants are responsible for bringing their own own meals, snacks and beverages. Participants should be prepared to travel up to 15 miles to alternative lakes in the area.
Ticket sales are final, no exceptions. If, for whatever reason, LMSP needs to cancel, refunds will be provided.
