Light up Labor Day weekend at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park during the return of the Legendary Glow Hike on Saturday, Sept. 5!
Bring your family and friends for an evening of glowing fun as the park transforms into a one-of-a-kind nighttime experience. Participants are encouraged to wear glow gear, UV-reactive or glow face paint, light-up accessories, and bright or white clothing to shine under the UV lights along the route.
The fun begins at 7 p.m. with a pre-hike glow party outside the Commissary on Cavalry Square, featuring music, UV photo opportunities, glow prep stations for DIY face painting, and more. The Commissary Store will also be open throughout the evening with glow merchandise available for purchase while supplies last.
The Glow Hike will begin after dark, approximately 8 to 8:30 p.m. The hike route will be announced closer to the event, so stay tuned for updates. Along the way, enjoy music and UV light party stations that create a memorable nighttime adventure.
The event is stroller and pet-friendly. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times. Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes, bring bug spray, and carry a flashlight if desired for added visibility.
