Halloween in June

There will be plenty of spookily spectacular family fun to be had at Fort Ransom's Halloween in June. Join in the fun by decorating your campsites and handing out candy to all the ghosts and goblins. We are especially excited to host this year as it is also our 50th Anniversary!

• Join us on Friday night at 6 p.m. for a witch’s wander and learn about some common plants used for herbal remedies. Meet at the Whitetail Loop trail.
   
• Saturday, decorate your campsite and dress up in your scariest costume for Trick-or-Treating. Awards will be given for the best costumes and site decorations.
   
• Saturday evening, enjoy ghost stories and roast marshmallows around a cauldron fire at 10 p.m. in the Nature Park.

The event is free of charge and open to the public. An annual or daily vehicle permit is required for park entrance and can be purchased online or at the park.
