Join us for exciting make-it, take-it classes during the Dickens Festival! All classes will be held at the park's Visitor Center. Participants are welcome to drop in anytime between 10-4 each day, but please note that space and supplies are limited!

The Lake Agassiz Radio Club of Grand Forks will be setting up an amateur radio station at the Turtle River State Park Chalet as part of the Nationally recognized “Parks on the Air” (POTA) event. The public is invited to visit the radio station at the Chalet where club members can highlight the hobby of amateur radio and provide more detail on the POTA events.

Join us for a fall Astronomy Party with local expert Dan Bakke! We will be hosting on Saturday, October 12 at 7:00 p.m. and s'mores will be available for the making.

Join us for a whimsical workshop where you can build enchanting fairy houses with our talented Artist-in-Residence, Kimberly Eslinger, on October 12 and 19! This free, family-friendly event will be held from 1-4 pm each day at the Fort Stevenson State Park Visitor Center conference room.

North Dakota's legendary Halloween attraction happens at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park four weekends in October. The event features different haunted house experiences within the reconstructed historic military buildings that once made up old Fort Abraham Lincoln. 

Celebrate fall with a German twist! This family-friendly event features a German food truck, beer vendor, polka music, and axe throwing. Enjoy the crisp autumn air with your loved ones at this vibrant festival.
