Refreshments will be available at the Woodland Lodge. It is a free event, however, vehicle passes are still required.

Lewis & Clark Big 10 Showdown

Categories: Lewis & Clark State Park2019 potential first place payout: $30,000. Total potential payout is $85,000. The Williston Convention & Visitors Bureau in partnership with Lewis & Clark State Park are excited to host the 2019 Lewis & Clark Big 10 Showdown. This will be a two-day catch and release tournament held October 5-6. The tournament will pay out to 10 places, with prize money based on a full 100 team field. Entry fee per 2 person team is $1000.

Bison Stampede Run

On Sunday, August 11, we invite you to stampede with us on a variety of back-country runs that are located alongside the Missouri River in an old-growth Cottonwood forest. This year we are hosting a 5K, 10K and 15K run in our beautiful park! Registration will include race and breakfast access in addition to a memorable Bison Stampede item. A small breakfast will be served post-race to include fruit and granola bars. We will also serve refreshments such as coffee, water, and juice.
