Enjoy the enchanting glow of the Snow Moon while skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking along a beautifully lit trail featuring candle luminaries.

Come join us for a fun-filled winter afternoon. There will be several activities both inside and outside, depending on the weather. Times and details will be announced closer to the event. 

Looking for a special way to spend quality time with your loved one or the whole family? Join us for our annual Sweetheart Hike on Saturday, February 15 starting at 10 AM. 

Participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count with Lewis and Clark State Park. Outdoor educator Bridget will do a crash course on birding basics followed by a guided walk to count birds. 

This event is primarily for ladies over the age of 16 who wish to learn or improve on skills associated with several outdoor recreational activities to include activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, darkhouse spearfishing and more!

Join us to start off the year with a night hike in the full moon. Head out on your own or join our guided hike at 7 p.m. Hot chocolate will be available throughout the event!

Ring in the New Year at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park with the 2025 First Day Hike. This annual tradition is a great way to start off the new year. Hot chocolate and coffee will be served before the hike inside the Visitor Center next to a roaring, warm fire.

Enjoy some of the final days of 2024 at Lewis and Clark State Park as we put a bow on our 50th Anniversary Celebration! Follow a trail of family-friendly puzzles and clues to track down the missing star.
